The rate includes the rent of the type of Houseboat you choose, the equipment according to the list, and a 1-hour briefing by the Captain. The minimum rental period is 4 nights on weekdays and 3 nights on weekends. Check - in/ check-out days are Monday and Friday. After booking, the tenant receives a preliminary confirmation of the reservation, and then, an invoice for a prepayment of at least 50% of the total amount. If the customer does not fulfill the condition of the advance payment, the reservation is canceled. The final payment of the rental must be made no later than 28 days before the start date. If you need to change your booking (for example, arrival date, houseboat type) after payment, the service fee for changing the booking will be 50 € per order, if the requested changes are technically possible. |Check in:||As you arrive to Jyväskylä harbor, look for the first dock from the city’s side. You’ll see a restaurant boat being located in the first place of the dock. Follow this and our staff will be waiting for you, welcoming you to your houseboat! Checking-in and Captain’s course: After you’ve arrived at your houseboat, please take your tour to get to know your new home for your holiday! Our staff will tell you more about the boat. We will also do the paperwork, which includes the following: - Signing up the rental contract - Signing up the check-list of the boat - Paying the returnable deposit of 2500,00€ - Take 1 hour Captain's course with our harbour staff. You do not need special boating skills, we will instruct you everything you need to know about controlling the boat, technical information and we'll also plan the route for you, according to your wishes. |Security deposit:||A refundable security deposit (to cover possible damage) of € 2,500 must be paid by the renter to the rental provider on the start date of the rental in cash or by credit card. If you refuse to make a security deposit, we reserve the right to cancel your order without reimbursing your expenses. The damage deposit is fully refunded to the customer at the end of the trip, if there was no damage to the property during the rental period.|
